Messi claims his eighth Ballon d’Or as the world’s best player

Inter Miami’s Messi, the winner of the award in 2021, played a crucial role in leading Argentina to their first World Cup title in 36 years in Qatar last season. The 36-year-old is now three Ballons d’Or ahead of his rival Cristiano Ronaldo, whose last win was in 2017 with five trophies in total. ODA loan disbursement in Vietnam falls short of expectations

Many experts have called the slow disbursement of ODA and concessional loans a ‘chronic disease’ that can only be healed through drastic changes to the bureaucratic process. A complicated process According to the Ministry of Finance, the disbursement rate of foreign loans reached over 15.4 percent – far lower than expected – as of August.    During the first eight months of the year, six ministries and eight localities failed to disburse any of their allocated capital.  In total, 17 ministries and provinces and cities fell short of meeting their disbursement plans and proposed that the Ministry of Finance accept the return of a combined VND6.8 trillion (US$284.2 million) in ODA and concessional loans. A total of 12 child models open this year’s Bangkok Kids International Fashion Week, with the youngsters strutting down the runway in 12 colourful outfits. Young models with experience of performing at international events such as Cao Huu Nhat, Do Bao Han, and Doan Ngoc Diep, are on hand to showcase Ngoc’s designs. These designs introduce international audiences to the Vietnamese Ao Dai. Ego: Creating an urban space with the soul of the nation

The exhibition “Ego” by artist Ngo Xuan Binh has opened at the Hanoi Museum, as a part of 50 events of the Hanoi Creative Design Festival in 2022 with the theme “Creativity and technology.” Representatives of the Hanoi Museum, the Hanoi government, and artist Ngo Xuan Binh open the exhibition.
