The exhibition themed “David Thomas and Friends” displays selected graphic works from the series of C. The South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism financed the public library renovation project at Hanoi Library. The project was aimed at improving the quality of amenities at Hanoi Library, moving toward building a reading-culture space.
